1. GIGA Bioinformatics Workshop

This is the schedule and materials for the Global Invertebrate Genomics Alliance (GIGA) Bioinformatics Workshop, which will be held in Curaçao at the Hilton Hotel from Oct 19-21, 2018.

This workshop runs under a Code of Conduct. Please respect it and be excellent to each other!

If you are not comfortable working on the command line, please work through some of this command-line bootcamp before the workshop. In addition, BASH training videos are freely available through the NH-INBRE program, the UNH Bioinformatics Core facility. Please start with section 2 or 3.
